The scale and impact of the COVID-19 epidemic has many entrepreneurs and business leaders scrambling to adjust how they communicate with their communities and their employees, customers, and stakeholders. Even businesses with robust contingency plans could not have anticipated the disruption caused by the virus and the effect it would have on their organizations.
Over the years, CKP’s crisis protocols have steered small nonprofits, medium-sized operations, and global brands through tough times. The right response in these moments is key: what your brand says during a crisis can have long-lasting effects, creating deep affinity and turning customers into fans, or alienating their audience.
